Shenandoah National Park
Apr, 2022
The trip to Shenandoah National Park took place during the Spring Break. The initial expectatioin was to enjoy the spring. However, due to the altitude and all other reasons, most mountians in the National Park were either brown or half green half grey (still in winter mode).
It was a little disappointing, but it didn’t really affect our time there, except that I did not take many photos.
We spent most of our time hiking and exploring nature. Notibaly, we hiked Old Rag.
These three pictures were taken at the Old Rag Summit. It was cloudy and a bit rainy that day. So I was expecting some fog to “cover up” the barren mountains (it was not the case).
Still, I found these three photos worth posting.

This picture was taken at the Old Rag Summit, when my friend was trying to get the tiny little rocks out of her hiking shoes.
It was a tough hike, which we spent about five hours to finish excluding the rest time. Fun fact: we literally “passed out” after we got back to our Airbnb.
